Jose De La Torre always worked in the restaurant business and started when he was 17 years old.

 

He learned about the restaurant business gaining experience through hard work. In 2005, De La Torre started managing Molcasalsa Mexican Food in Los Angeles.

 

He had big dreams and great ambitions to one day own a restaurant or two of his own.

Aibeto’s Fresh Mexican Food opened in Yucaipa about five years ago next to Oil Can Harry’s on Yucaipa Boulevard.

 

De La Torre is the owner of this franchise and with the help of his family and very trusted, hard working employees, he has flourished in Yucaipa. He has six people on the crew for Yucaipa and most are family helping him run the business.
